In the Name of God Amen I Rich(ar)d CRUNKHORN of Spalding in the County of Lincoln Grocer doe make and ordein this my last will & testam(en)t in manner following That is to say Imprimis I give and bequeath unto my Brother John CRUNKHORN and to my Brother Luke CRUNKHORN and to each of them the sume of fifty pounds to be paid them out of my Estate hereafter menc(i)oned when they shall attain their severall Ages of one and twenty years
Item I give unto my Brother and Sister Joseph ATKINSON and Martha his wife All that my Farm in Moulton in Henngate late in tenure of John BROCKY(?) and now in the occupac(i)on of him the said Joseph ATKINSON And alsoe all those nine acres in tenure of Mathew DEPEER in Moulton afores(ai)d. And all other my houses lands and tenem(en)ts whatsoever & wheresoever To hold to them the said Joseph ATKINSON & Martha his wife for & dureing the Term of their naturall lives And the life naturall of the Survivour of them and afterwards to the right heires of the sd Joseph ATKINSON for ever Subject nevertheless to the paym(en)t of the said two Legacies to my Brothers John & Luke
And my mind farther is and I doe direct that the said two Legacies shall be placed out at Interest for my said Brothers by my said brother Joseph ATKINSON within six months after my decease And in case either of them should dye before he attaining his Age of one & twenty years Then I give the Legacie of him that shall soe die and all the Interest & advantages thereof to the Survivour of them two And if they should both happen to dye under the s(ai)d Age Then I give both the said Legacies and all the Interest and advantage thereof to my said sister Martha the wife of the s(ai)d Joseph ATKINSON And I doe make the said Joseph ATKINSON Executor of this my will In Witnes whereof I have hereunto set my hand & Seal the thirteenth day of Aprill Anno D(o)m(in)e 1717
