"In the name of God Amen.
I Elizabeth LEE of pinchbeck in the County of Lincolne Widdow being not very well in Body but of good and perfect memory praise be given to God for the same Doe make and Ordain this my Last will and Testament in manner and form following revoking all former Wills heretofore by me made and first & principally I humbly recommend my Soul unto Almighty God who gave it me trusting to be saved by the Meritts of Jesus Christ my only mediator and Redeemer and my Body I recommend to the Earth to be Decently buryed and as for my worldly goods and such blessings as God hath bestowed upon me I give and bequeath as followeth
Imprimis I will give and bequeath unto Wyatt FRANCES of Lincoln my Brother one shilling to be paid unto him by my Executrixes
It(e)m I give and bequeath Unto Elizabeth PEPPER and Frances GUEST my Kinswomen whom I hereby appoint my full and Sole Executrixes of this my Last will and Testament hereby revokeing Disanaulling(?) and making void all former wills and Requests by me made & Do Declare this only to be my Last will and Testament
In witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this seventh Day of December in the Eight Year of the Reign of our most gracious soveraign Lady Queen Anne &c. and in the Year of our Lord Christ 1709
