"In The Name Of God Amen I Anthony HURREY of Bassingham in the County of Lincoln Miller do make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say)
First I give to my Brother James HURRY of Navenby in the said County Miller the Sum of one Guinea of lawful money of Great Britain to be paid by my Executrix hereinafter mentioned within twelve months next after my decease
Also I give and bequeath to my three Sisters Elizabeth WOOLHOUSE the Wife of John WOOLHOUSE of Wellingore in the said County Farmer Sarah COLTON the Wife of William COLTON of Swinderby in the said County and Susanna WOOLHOUSE the wife of George WOOLHOUSE of Wellingore aforesaid Farmer the Sum of Thirty Pounds each of lawful money of Great Britain to be paid by my Executrix hereinafter named within twelve Months next after my decease
Also I give and bequeath to my niece Martha FULLILOVE and to my two nephews Richard FULLILOVE and James FULLILOVE the children of my late sister Mary FULLILOVE the Sum of Five Pounds each of lawful money of Great Britain to be paid by my Executrix hereinafter mentioned within twelve months next after my decease
Also I give devise and bequeath to my dear Mother Elizabeth HURRY of Wellingore aforesaid (whom I also nominate constitute and appoint sole Executrix of this my Will) my Wind Corn Mill situate at Bassingham aforesaid (subject to a Mortgage therereon) and all my ready Money Securities for Money, Book Debts, Plate, Linen, China, and Househld Furniture and all other my Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever the same may be that I am possessed of at the time of my decease subject to the payment of my just debts the above mentioned Legacies and Funeral Expences
And lastly I revove all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made and do publish and declare this only to be my last WILL and Testament.
In Witness whereof I the said Anthony HURRY the Testator have hereunto set my hand and seal this fourteenth day of October one thousand eight hundred and three.

To our beloved in Christ the Reverend John SHARRER, Clerk Vicar of Canwick in the County of Lincoln Greeting Whereas Anthony HURRY, late of Bassingham in the County and Diocese of Lincoln deceased, lately departed this life, having first made his last Will and Testament in Writing, and thereof appointed Elizabeth HURRY his Mother, the sole Executrix who lives and resides at Wellingore in the County of Lincoln, and cannot without great inconvenience come to our Court at Lincoln to prove the Will of the said Anthony HURRY We do therefore authorize and empower you to swear the said Elizabeth HURRY as well to the truth of the said Will, of the said Anthony HURRY deceased hereunto annexed as to the faithfull performance thereof, and to make a true and perfect Inventory of all and singular the Goods Chattles and Credits of the said deceased and render a just and true Account thereof, and Exhibit the same into the Registry of the Consistory Court of Lincoln, when lawfully required; And you are hereby enjoined further to do in the premises as shall be needfull, and that such Oath being administered You duly transmit to Us, our lawful Surrogate, or other competent Judge in this behalf the said Will, and all yoyour Proceedings thereon, subscribed with your proper hand writing on or before the twenty fifth day of December next ensuing Given under Seal of our Office this Eighteenth day of November, in the Year of our Lord One thousand Eight Hundred and three. The Form of the Oath to the Executrix laying her Hand on the new Testament
Your Oath is that the Writing hereunto annexed, contains the true last Will and Testament of the above named Anthony HURRY, as far as you know and believe, and that you will truly perform the same by paying first his Debts, and then the Legacies therein given and contained as far as his Goods Chattles and Credits will thereto extend, and the Law charge you, and that you will make a true and perfect Inventory of all the said Goods Chattles and Credits, and Exhibit the same into the Registry of the Consistory Court of Lincoln, and render a just Account of your Administration thereof , when lawfully required And that to the best of your knowledge and belief the whole of the Goods Chattles and Credits of the deceased at the time of his death did not amount in Value to Three Hundred Pounds

This Commission was duly Executed and the within named Elizabeth HURRY was duly Sworn according to the tenor of above written Oath this Twentieth day of November 1803
