EDGOOSE, Katherine (1655-16??) Katherine, daughter of John and Lydia EDGOOSE, was baptised at St. George the Martyr, Southwark, Surrey, on 12 August 1655. NOTES & QUERIES: Is this John EDGOOSE synonymous with the John EDGOOSE of Moulton in Lincolnshire who died at Whitechapel in 1692? If he is, and it seems very likely to me, it is probably not a co-incidence that his brother Robert EDGOOSE (1623-1702) named one of his daughters Lydia. (revised 11.10.2026)
