  MAUDE LEEDER 1886-1896 Maud Beatrice LEEDER was born at the Union Workhouse, Lingwood, Norfolk, on 25 January 1886, daughter of Hester LEEDER formerly WINTER and Fred LEEDER, a carpenter journeyman. (GRO January 1886 Blofield 4b 222) Fred LEEDER has not been traced in the 1881 or 1891 census, but in 1891 his 31 year old wife was an inmate at the Mitford and Launditch Union Workouse at Gressenhall in Norfolk together with Maves (sic) aged 8, Maude aged 6, and Horace aged 1. All three children were said to have been born at Billingford in Norfolk (RG12/1555/101/2). The death of Maud (sic) LEEDER aged 11 was registered in 1896.
