  ANN ALWOOD formerly HINCHCLIFF 1936-1999 Her cousin Wendy HELMS formerly WOOD wrote: "Ann had a successful career in food catering. In mid-life she was happily married to Fred ALWOOD. Both were keen golfers. Ann suffered for many years from Lupus which was the cause of her death." Further research shows that Ann Hinchcliff was born Frances Ann HINCHCLIFF in 1936. (GRO June Q 1936 [MADDOCK] Bucklow 8a 229) The birth of a David B. HINCHCLIFF was registered in 1939. (GRO September Q 1939 [MADDOCK] Bucklow 8a 319) The marriage between Frances A.
