Hugh SHAW was a 21 year old managing bank clerk from Stone in Staffordshire and son of Hugh SHAW a woollen manufacturer. Elizabeth HINCHLIFF was a 23 year old spinster of Marble Hall, Holmfirth, and son of David HINCHLIFF a woollen manufacturer. Witnesses were David Hinchliff and Alice Hinchliff, probably her brother and sister.
