Edith was a 20 year spinster from 84 Longley Street, Newcastle on Tyne, daughter of Thomas DORRITTY, a deceased coachman. Witnesses were Annie TURNER (his sister) and Ethelbert BROWNE (his sister Annie's future husband)

"In Loving Memory of EDITH THE BELOVED WIFE OF ARTHUR TURNER who DIED 19th MAY 1922 AGED 38 YEARS." Her husband was buried in the same grave but there is no mention of him on the memorial.
