  CAROLINE BACON 1807-1892 Caroline BACON (1807-1892) married Joseph Bardwell STEBBINS before 1834. Their daughter Sarah L. STEBBINS (1834-1874) married John Lewin EDGOOSE (1827-1889) at Dover, Racine County, Wisconsin, USA, on 29 October 1851. After the death of her husband Joseph Bardwell STEBBINS she married Joseph SCOTT, a widower. She gave birth to a son Charles H. SCOTT in 1844. He died in 1859. At the time of the 1860 US Federal Census, she was living with her daughter Sarah and son-in-law John EDGOOSE in Kenosha County, Wisconsin, USA. The 1860 US Federal Census of Paris, Kenosha, Wisconsin, lists the following household: John EDGOOSE, aged 33, a farmer, with real estate worth $3700, born in England; Sarah EDGOOSE, aged 26, born in New York; *Caroline SCOTT, a female, aged 53, born in New York.
