      "This is the last Will and Testament of me Robert PILKINTON of Stamford in the County of Lincoln Carpenter made this Twenty Eighth Day of November One Thousand Seven Hundred and Thirty Eight
      First I Give and Devise unto my Son Thomas PILKINTON and to his Wife SARAH and their Assigns for and during the Term of their natural Lives and the Life of the Survivor of them All that my Messuage or Tenement with the Appurtenances Situate ananand being in the Parish of Saint George in Stamford aforesaid late in the Tenure or Occupation of [blank] BASS Widow but since lately rebuilt And also all those Twelve Acres of Arable Land (more or less) lying and being in the Fields of Stamford aforesaid near to a certain Com'on Way leading to Uffington
      And from and after the decease of the Survivor of them I give the said Messuage Land and Premises unto and amongst all and every the Child or Children of my said Son Thomas and their Heires which shall be then living to be Equally divided amongst them
      I also Give and Devise unto my Daughter Catherine the Wife of Thomas SQUIRE of Whittlesea in the Isle of Ely and to the said Thomas SQUIRE and their Assignes for and during the Term of their natural Lives and the Life of the Survivor of them all those my Five Acres of Pasture Land (more or less) in Whittlesea aforesaid now or late in the Tenure of him the said Thomas SQUIRE and from and after the decease of the Survivor of them Then I Give and devise the said Five Acres of Pasture Land Unto and amongst all and every the Child or Children of my said Daughter Catherine which shall be then living and their Heires to be equally divided Amongst them
      I also Give to my said Daughter Catherine my large Silver Cup
      I also Give and bequeath unto my Daughter Mary the Wife of Nicholas FRANKLYN of New Sleaford in the said County of Lincoln Farmer the Sum of One Hundred Pounds of lawfull Money of Great Britain to be paid to her by my Executor hereinafter named within Six Months next after my decease
      And I also Give unto my said Daughter Mary my large Bible with Cutts in it
      I also Give unto my said Son Thomas PILKINTON All my Shop Goods Tools Timber and Boards and all other my Goods and Chattells whatsoever he paying my Debts Legacies and Funeral Expences
      And I do hereby make and constitute my said Son Thomas Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament Revoaking all former Wills at any time heretofore made
