      "This is the Last Will and Testament of me Sarah PILKINTON the Younger now or late of the Parish of Saint Michael in Stamford in the County of Lincoln Spinster
      First I Give and Devise to my Mother Sarah PILKINTON All those my Three Acres of Land lying and being in the Fields of Stamford aforesaid with the Appurtenances To hold the same unto my said Mother Sarah PILKINGTON and her Assigns for her Life And from and imediately [sic] after her Decease I Give and Devise the said three Acres of Land with the Appurtenances unto my Brother George PILKINTON his Heirs and Assigns for ever
      Also I Give to my said brother George PILKINTON and to my Sister Mary PILKINTON the sum of Two hundred and ten pounds which is already in their hands and owing to me from them as follows to wit - the sum of Ninety Pounds from the said George PILILKINTON and the sum of One hundred and twenty Pounds from the said Mary PILKINTON Upon the trusts and to and for the Uses intents and Purposes herein after by me directed given and appointed - that is to say - In Trust Nevertheless that they the said George PILKINTON and Mary PILKINTON and the Survivor of them his or her Executors and Administrators Do and shall continue the said several sums of Money in his her or their hands at Interest or otherwise put place and keep the same out at Interest on other good Security or Security's [sic] and call in or remove the same or any part thereof as they the said trustees or the Survivor of them his or her Executors and Administrators shall see Occasion and shall and will Pay and Apply the Interest and Proceed thereof unto and for the Use of my said Mother Sarah PILKINTON for her life
      And from and after her decease Then I do hereby give the sum of One hunded Pounds part of the said Sum of One hundred and twenty pounds now in the hands of the said Mary PILKINGTON unto her the said Mary PILKINTON her Excecutors and Administrators
      And I do hereby direct the said George PILKINTON and Mary PILKINTON and the Survivor of them his or her Executors and Administrators to pay Apply and dispose of the residue of the said Two hundred and ten Pounds as follows - to wit - The sum of Twenty pounds to Each of my Four Brothers, Robert, Thomas John and William PILKINTONS [sic], The sum of Five pounds to Each of my Nephews and Neices [sic] William PILKINTON of Sleaford, Nicholas PILKINTON, William EDGOS and Mary EDGOS Which LeLegacies so given to my said Nephews and Neices shall or may be Applied by the said Trustees or the Survivor of them in any manner they think proper for the Benefit of my said Nephews and Neices during their Minority's [sic] without being Obliged to take any Releases or Discharges for the same
      And I Give the remaining Ten Pounds to the Executors and Administrators of my said Mother
      Also I give to my said Sister Mary PILKINTON all my Household Furniture and Wearing Apparel [sic]
      Also I Give to Mr. and Mrs. HENSON my Master and Mistress and their son Each a Mourning Ring in Remembrance of me
      And Lastly all the rest residue and remainder of My Money and Securities for Money Good [sic] Chattels Effects and Personal Estate after Payment of my Debts Legacies and Funeral Expenses I Give and bequeath the same unto my said Mother Sarah PILKINTON whom I do hereby Appoint Sole Executrix of this my said Will Revoking all former Wills by me made
