1850 US Census:
1860 US Census: As above
1870 US Census:

From Laura WALLACE: His name does not appear on the tax lists until 1836...... Nick GRIBBLE listed a son Robert born 1837 with Berilla as the mother. That's possible of course but I've wondered.

Nick GRIBBLE lists a son Frederick ENSOR born 1833 who married twice, firstly to unknown and secondly to Martha Emerson who gave him two children: Ella and Anna. Was Frederick ENSOR a son of Sidney and Frederica?

Betty Ann BLOCKUS (texasgal445 at yahoo.com) wrote on 7 March 2014: My GGGgrandfather was Dr. Sidney ENSOR, and we have been unaware of his marriage to Frederica Johanna SEDLEY. Can yoy tell us more about this marriage - were there children? Did she die? Was there a divorce?"
